CURE Privacy Policy and Data Collection Statement
Cure Holdings Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong (“Cure”, “ we”, “us” or the “ Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data we hold by complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Cap 486 and following the industry best practices. This policy together with any documents relating to the sale of our Cosplay Token (COT) and any other documents referred to in it sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

AML and KYC requirements are defined as per internal compliance procedures and guided by the financial industry best practices. They represent the Company’s efforts to reduce the risk of illicit behaviour and the involvement of stained individuals within the ICO process.

Even if you do not request access to and/or correct your personal data held by us, if we are satisfied that, having regard to the reasons for which we hold your personal data, that personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date, irrelevant or misleading, we may take reasonable steps to correct that information.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We may make changes to this policy from time to time, to take into account changes to our standard practices and procedures or where necessary to comply with new laws and regulations. The latest version of this policy will always be available on our website.
